Korean food is one of most well-known and loved cuisines of East Asia. Now, Lunar Fest NJ 2020 is welcoming Keo Ku Korean BBQ to the festival.
Keo Ku will be serving classic Korean fare to festival attendees, including:
Bibimbap (vegetarian and non-vegetarian)
Bulgogi bap (marinated shaved beef rib-eye bbq over rice with a side of kimchi)
Spicy sliced pork shoulder bbq over rice with a side of vegetables
The restaurant has been in business since 1993, delivering authentic Korean tradition and food culture to patrons.
The addition of Keo Ku to the festival highlights the culinary impact that Korea has had on not just America’s food culture, but the world. A few decades ago, outside of Korean communities, most Americans had no idea about the rich foods and tastes of Korea. Now, Korean barbecue is synonymous with yummy, delicious eating.
