Korean Traditional Dance
The Woorigarak Korean Cultural Art Center will be performing traditional Korean dance at Lunar Fest NJ 2020.
Traditional Korean dance originated in ancient shamanistic rituals thousands of years ago. Over the years, it has benefited from regular support of the royals, academics and the government.
Woorigarak Korean Cultural Arts Center was established in 1998. Eunjoo Kang, its director, has been making an effort to preserve the culture and custom of traditional Korean dance and music.
We’re grateful that the festival is able to bring these diverse cultural performers, and we’re excited to share them with attendees.
